General Privacy Policy.
I.P Address Collected -
For each visitor to this website, the web server automatically recognizes the consumer's i.p address. This information is collected to improve the content of the web site and to assist with site statistics - Such as which pages were visited, where the visitor came from and how long they stayed on the site.
To put it simply you are a number not an identifiable person to me although it should be known that i.p addresses can be traced - I have no need to do this though!
Email Address -
Your email address and any other information such as name, physical address etc which you supply to me via email or web form are only used when contacting you in regard to your queries. Your email address is never shared, rented or sold to other organizations or for commercial purposes.
Cookies -
Cookies are collected to store visitor's preferences and record session information, such as pages you have previously viewed.
Telephone Contact -
Persons who supply me with their telephone number will only receive telephone contact from me in an emergency, usually to do with any work I am carrying out on there behalf. All correspondence is usually done through email or live chat.
Live chat -
When using the live chat system I can view your isp, this is not recorded unless the system is being abused. For clients who are using live chat to discuss there needs the conversation may be logged for later review.
Changes to Policy -
In the future I may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in the privacy notice. If my information practices change at some time in the future I will contact you before I use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
Viewing & Changing your Information -
Upon request I provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that is maintained about them and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number, live chat records) that is maintained about them.
Visitors can also have inaccuracies corrected about them whether that is contact information, transaction information or communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to the site. For further details please email me.

I treat all of your personal information as private and confidential and will not disclose this information to any individuals or organizations unless required to do so by law. I will not release your information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or for any other purpose unless requested to do so by law. You as an individual are not traced unless issues such as spam arise in which case your internet provider will be notified.
